Driven by clarity" We’re a fast-moving team — and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team and grow with us. You’ll handle the day-to-day accounting operations that keep everything running: from invoicing and reconciliations to VAT filings and payroll support — all within Greece’s complex regulatory framework. WHAT YOU’LL DO Process supplier invoices and manage the full accounts payable cycle, including reconciliations Issue customer invoices and track incoming payments; follow up on overdue accounts Post daily journal entries and maintain accurate records in the ERP system Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions Support payroll processing and social security contributions (EFKA) Assist with VAT returns, withholding tax filings, and periodic tax declarations via TAXIS and myDATA Maintain organised physical and digital filing of accounting documents Participate in monthly and year-end closing procedures Collaborate with external auditors and provide required documentation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role Solid grounding in Greek GAAP (ΕΛΠ / Ν.4308/2014) and Greek tax legislation Familiarity with myDATA and TAXIS platforms for e-book entries and tax filings Experience with accounting ERP software (SoftOne, Epsilon Net, Entersoft, or equivalent) Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office Strong command of both Greek and English, written and spoken Detail-oriented, organised, and team-minded with a genuine eagerness to learn NICE TO HAVE Experience with ERGANI submissions and payroll platforms Exposure to accounts receivable collections and client-facing communication Prior experience in a commercial, tech, or fast-paced environment WHAT RE18 OFFERS Competitive compensation package Private health insurance Company-provided equipment High-growth career trajectory A talented, youthful team driven by innovation
