Put your creativity to work: Kickstart your career at BCD M&E Accountant (Remote) Full time, India Join BCD Group as an Accountant, where you will support the integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial records across assigned entities. The role supports Record-to-Report activities, maintains general ledger accuracy, and contributes to timely and reliable financial reporting. Working within an international finance environment, you will collaborate closely with regional Finance teams, and operational stakeholders to support efficient month-end close processes and strong financial governance. You will contribute to robust internal controls while supporting standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations. As an Accountant, you will Support Record-to-Report activities including journal processing, ledger maintenance, and financial data validation Support balance sheet integrity through regular review and reconciliation of accounts Support statutory and management reporting processes Monitor and follow up open balance sheet items in a timely manner Support intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes across entities Collaborate with Shared Service teams to ensure consistent accounting practices Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency About you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP principles Experience working within multinational or Shared Service environments Experience with ERP financial systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good Excel skills Experience within service-based, travel, or events industries is advantageous About us At BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E), we provide more than meeting and event planning services: we create connections that inspire, motivate and change behavior for our customers.
