Job Description

As an Accounting Admin, you will handle key daily accounting tasks, including:

• Accounts Payable Management: Processing, auditing, reviewing, and approving AP invoices.
• Daily Sales Summary (DSS) Validation: Reviewing, approving, and reporting DSS data.
• Third-Party Delivery Reconciliation: Reviewing and recording journal entries for third-party platforms.
• Performing other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge or experience in accounting (preferred).
• 1–3 years of full-time office experience – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience with various accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proactive learning mindset with adaptability.
• Conversational English or higher (preferred).

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role: Work from home combined with in-office team sessions.
• Office location: An Khanh Ward (formerly Thao Dien), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
