Role Description The Accounting Clerk is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. This position involves recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate documentation in accounting software. The Accounting Clerk will assist in preparing basic financial reports, reconciling accounts, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments. The role includes communicating with team members to clarify financial data, following established procedures, and helping ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. The individual in this role is expected to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records in a remote work setting.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools as needed.
• Solid bookkeeping and accounting skills, including recording transactions and maintaining general ledgers.
