We are actively seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the finance department team. As an Accounting Clerk, your role will include: Description: Verify, prepare, and approve payment schedules; Verify and enter invoices; Reconcile cash receipts; Participate in month-end processes, including the preparation and entry of journal entries; Provide administrative support to accountants in performing clerical tasks. Requirements: Good knowledge of Excel and pivot tables as well as knowledge of computerized accounting systems; Excellent communication skills in English and French as un your daily functions you will be collaborating with internal clients across Canada; Diploma in accounting or equivalent or a minimum of one year of relevant experience; UAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
