What You Will Be Doing Financial reporting & Process improvement Cash Flow & Capital Management Managing a team of accountants Audit, Compliance & Support What You Need for this Position Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience 2–4+ years of experience leading or supervising accounting staff Experience in a project-based or service-based environment preferred Experience with multi-entity / multi-subsidiary accounting environments, including coordination with international teams or third-party providers CPA preferred but not required
