Accounting Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. We have a consulting opportunity with a confidential, high-growth technology company seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Consultant . This is a remote engagement with the potential for temp-to-hire and will provide hands-on accounting support as the organization continues to scale rapidly. Requirements 8+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience Strong operational accounting experience, including GL, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Ability to independently manage accounting activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication skills, professional presence, and proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to quickly assess priorities, take ownership, and drive work through completion Preferred Requirements: CPA Experience within insurance, FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth technology environment NetSuite experience Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled accounting process improvements Prior consulting or interim accounting experience Benefits CCN offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible consultants. 100% of premiums paid for Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee consultants working over 30 hours/week 401k with 5% immediate vesting employer match Health Savings Account with employer contribution Opportunity to earn a spot at our awesome consultant awards trip!
