Accounting Manager – US Clients (Remote)

This is not traditional outsourcing or back-office accounting. You will work directly with US founders, Controllers, and finance leaders in lean, fast-moving environments.

The Opportunity

We are hiring an Accounting Specialist to support month-end close and financial reporting under US GAAP for US-based SME clients. You will work within lean finance teams where accountability, problem-solving, and operational ownership are valued more than hierarchy. What You Will Own

• Support full month-end close processes under US GAAP
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reporting packages
• Support audit readiness and documentation processes
• Collaborate directly with US stakeholders and finance teams
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure
• Experience supporting end-to-end close cycles
• Comfort working in lean, fast-paced SME environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with US time zone overlap
• Detail-oriented and ownership-driven approach to work
