Accounting & Reporting Associate

Shift: 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PKT – 4:00 AM PKT)

Location: Remote

We are hiring an Accounting & Reporting Associate to support recurring accounting operations and financial reporting work. The right person will be highly detail-oriented, strong in accounting fundamentals, excellent with spreadsheets, and able to learn structured workflows quickly.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in public accounting, who enjoys working in a disciplined environment with clear reporting cycles and deadlines.

Key Responsiblities

• Maintain accuracy in accounting records through daily/weekly reviews
• Perform reconciliations and verify financial data consistency
• Prepare and update recurring reporting workbooks/templates
• Support month-end closing activities and routine journal entry work
• Track open items and ensure clean documentation for reporting deliverables
• Communicate clear updates and flag issues early to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Only apply if you have Public Accounting experience
• Must have Completed ACCA, CMA, CA or be a Finalist
• Must have hands-on Quickbooks Online experience,
• Must be proficient in English (writing + speaking)
• Must be able to work 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST / 7 PM PKT to 4 AM PKT | Monday–Friday
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, structured workbooks, data checks)
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems)
• High attention to detail and strong self-review habits
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
