ROSE is looking for a driven Senior Accountant/ Assistant Controller who enjoys building new relationships with the top-notch leadership of growing companies. Your responsibilities will include : Process ing , record ing and reconcil ing financial transactions including the review of accounts payable, cash disbursements, billings and cash receipts , a ssist ing with the month-end and year-end closing process, including the supervision of collections, and the review of fixed assets, sales and use taxes, personal property taxes, and franchise taxes , p repar ing day-to-day and month end close entries including payroll administration, fringe, investment allocations, and grant allocations , d evelop ing and maintain ing an understanding of the accounting operations within each assigned client , o btain ing a working knowledge of the client's accounting software packages .
