Job Title: Accountant - E-commerce Sellers

Location: Gurgaon

We specialize in simplifying operations and financial management for online businesses across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage accounting, reconciliation, GST, and compliance support for our e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts for e-commerce sellers.
• Record daily sales, purchase, returns, commissions, and other expenses across multiple marketplaces.
• Perform marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) including settlement reports, returns, and payment cycles.
• Manage GST compliance: filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns), input tax credit reconciliation, and ensuring timely filing.
• Prepare financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Assist in TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve discrepancies in accounts and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support internal teams with financial data for compliance and advisory purposes.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1-2 years in accounting (experience with e-commerce sellers will be a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and taxation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Ability to handle large datasets (marketplace reports, Excel reconciliation).
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
