See what life is about at BCD M&E at bcdme.com/careers Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid) Full time, Fleet, United Kingdom We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the Fleet office. As an integral part of our accounts payable team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices as well as payment and statement reconciliations. As An Account Payable Specialist, You Will Have experience from working in an accounts payable environment Effectively process invoices received within a timely manner onto the accounts payable ledger, management of the invoices email inbox. Manage the reconciliation of supplier statements to the ledger and follow with any refunds which need to be processed Effectively deal with and resolve promptly any queries that arise, work under own initiative, prioritising workloads and using efficient time management skills Process internal company expense claims You’re Good At MS Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup), bookkeeping and VAT management SAP (a plus) Great communication skills – both verbal and written Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time THE PERKS Flexible Working We believe that a flexible working environment is key to getting the best out of our teams.
