Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Team Leader Location: Porto, Hipercentro Areosa Business Park Hybrid Working Model: 3 days/week in the office “Embrace the challenge” – Rogério, Hiring Manager What You’ll Be Doing Lead a team of 10+ Accounts Payables FTEs Manage daily performance and team development Define and track KPIs to support team success Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings Support internal and external audits Drive continuous improvement of processes Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in finance Proven leadership in finance teams Strong analytical and communication skills Solid understanding of accounting principles ERP systems and workflow tech knowledge Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What’s in it for you?
