About our client

Your Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Handle billing-related queries from customers and suppliers.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing or Accounting.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with accounting software (Holded is a plus).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
