Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Based in Eden Prairie, MN , the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead collection efforts for a designated portfolio within our Accounts Receivable Shared Services team, which supports 36 businesses across the United States and Canada. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage a team of direct reports Be responsible for goal setting and performance management Direct work in a way to ensure payment on time of open A/R, minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performance Interact with high level management staff at assigned businesses Lead regular meetings with staff and assigned businesses on performance-related objectives Raise awareness of management and leadership issues impacting overall A/R performance Exercise significant independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that will have significant impact on internal/external customers Coach and aid direct reports in their professional development Conduct periodic site visits to review performance with business leadership Participate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements used by management and executive leadership Who You Are: You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Four years related experience Two years of supervisory experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Action oriented and results driven Periodic travel may be required at the discretion of Manager Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship for this role will not be provided Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong organizational skills Be highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and / or in teams effectively Self-starter who has attention to detail and ability to multitask projects Our Culture & Commitment to You: Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary/pay range for this role is $78,100 - $111,600 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
