About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi The Accredited Employers Programme (AEP) team sits within Business Engagement and Partnerships in Customer Connection. The programme enables approved employers to self-manage work injury claims for their employees. The team works closely with Accredited Employers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to support the day-to-day delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the programme. As the AEP Programme Manager, you'll lead the management, delivery and continuous improvement of ACC's Accredited Employers Programme. You'll be responsible for programme performance, governance, risk and assurance, stakeholder relationships, and for ensuring the programme continues to meet legislative, contractual and organisational requirements. This is a varied leadership role where you'll lead a multidisciplinary team, provide trusted advice to senior leaders, and work closely with Accredited Employers, Third-Party Administrators, industry representatives, unions and internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in driving programme improvements, responding to emerging issues and ensuring positive outcomes for employers, workers and ACC. This is a fixed-term opportunity, until November 2027 , within the Business Engagements and Partnerships team. We’re a hard-working team with a great culture. We are based out of several offices around New Zealand. The role can be based in either Wellington (Justice Centre) or Auckland (Newmarket). The appointing salary for this role will sit between $138,301 - $177,978 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
