Acquisition Manager, Paid Search & PLA Focused (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end execution, budget allocation, and optimization of all SEA & PLA campaigns Own the audience segmentation strategy, specifically leveraging 1st-party data to build advanced, cohort-based bidding strategies Lead product feed management, ensuring data health, optimal categorization, and maximum visibility within Google Merchant Center and feed management platforms Coordinate closely with Category Managers and Product teams to run continuous feed-based experiments and landing page optimizations Translate commercial inputs into highly targeted performance marketing activities, ensuring ad spend directly supports high-priority business sectors Integrate AI and automation into daily workflows, leveraging smart bidding algorithms and ad scripts to eliminate manual overhead and optimize at scale 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on SEA & PLA.
