Core Responsibilities
Define and lead the regional paid media strategy for growing businesses, designing the short, medium, and long-term roadmap for the Performance Marketing team. Lead the global investment strategy for acquiring new users, maximizing Lifetime Value (LTV) while ensuring efficiency within profitability targets. Act as a strategic partner to business teams and leadership, aligning acquisition vision with growth, efficiency, and P&L objectives. Drive the exploration and adoption of new acquisition channels and models, coordinating with IT and Finance for necessary infrastructure.
Requirements
Solid experience in in-house performance marketing within a digital/e-commerce/fintech company. Experience in defining and executing acquisition strategies with regional and/or global impact. Direct management experience of significant investment in major channels (Google, Meta, or TikTok) with deep knowledge of optimization tools and logic. Degree in hard sciences (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or Economics/Administration with a strong quantitative profile.
