Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for experienced Cruise professionals to join our team as an Activity Rollout Specialist for a project-based role. This position involves assisting with the installation of activity decks aboard various ships and ensuring the smooth roll out and implementation. This short-term role is ideal for individuals with previous shipboard experience, preferably in entertainment, who are looking for a hands-on, dynamic opportunity. The position requires travel to different ships, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of activity decks aboard ships, ensuring that all equipment and activity spaces are assembled to meet program requirements. Leverage previous ship experience to align activity setups with the needs of onboard programs. Collaborate with ship personnel and program coordinators to ensure all setups are functional and enhance the onboard guest experience. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of activity equipment to guarantee readiness for program use. Provide on-site support during the program's implementation phase, ensuring smooth operations and activity execution. Maintain compliance with safety protocols, maritime standards, and company guidelines during installation and setup. Serve as a liaison between the project team and ship staff to address challenges, share updates, and ensure the timely completion of installations. Complete required documentation, including setup checklists and post-installation feedback reports. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience (preferably in entertainment) on a ship is required. Valid passport & US tourist visa. Strong familiarity with activity programs and their operational requirements. Hands-on experience with equipment setup, program implementation, or activity facilitation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with maritime safety standards and shipboard operations is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Physically capable of lifting, moving, and assembling equipment as needed. Willingness to travel internationally to various ships and work on short-term contracts. Adaptable and flexible to accommodate ship schedules and travel demands. COMPENSATION Competitive pay of *$2,000 USD* per project (1-month duration). Pro-rated if it takes longer. Travel expenses are covered, including accommodation and meals during assignments.
