Role Description The Actor Model role at Glotte is a voluntary role in order to shoot some Use-Case Videos/Pictures. The person in this role will also be expected to maintain consistent availability for scheduled remote sessions, communicate clearly with project stakeholders, and uphold Glotte’s mission-centered values in all creative work.

Qualifications

• Strong acting skills, including character interpretation, emotional range, and the ability to perform both scripted and improvised material.
• Experience with on-camera performance, voice acting, or digital content creation using basic home recording setups.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, writers, and creative teams in a remote environment, using video conferencing and online communication tools.
• Professionalism in time management, meeting deadlines, and maintaining reliability in a part-time, flexible schedule.
• Interest in social impact, inclusive storytelling, and working on projects aligned with social entrepreneurship and community well-being.
• Comfort working independently, receiving direction virtually, and adjusting performances based on feedback.
• Prior acting training, workshops, or relevant portfolio materials (such as showreels or recorded performances) are highly beneficial.
• Stable internet connection and access to suitable recording equipment (camera or smartphone, microphone, and quiet space) for remote work.
