In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Acute Care & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key stakeholders in the ICU, General Care Floors, Procedural Sedation, Procurement and Acquisition departments. Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business works together with the global healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise, and perioperative complications. This role will report to the Medical Surgical Business Leader for Romania and Moldova and it is a hybrid one: office and home based. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Supports tender submissions, order processing and deliveries Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed Gather market intelligence (product, price, promotion, discount etc.) by observation, discussion, or research, and seek to develop new business opportunities Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medical technology, or healthcare. Previous experience working in a remote model is a plus Deep understanding of hospital ecosystems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills coupled with having the patience and persistence to follow through Highly organized with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities Fluent in Romanian and English.
