The Evaluator (Social Work) will be responsible for receiving and analyzing cases from the abuse hotline.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work
Up-to-date License
Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service and/or health-related settings
Experience with computerized systems
Orientation and commitment to customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability for rotating shifts 24/7, 8-hour shifts (including weekends)
