We are currently recruiting for an Adjuster Support to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta . This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, offering a combination of in-office and remote work. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the branch, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy while effectively managing multiple priorities. You will play a key role in supporting adjusters and contributing to an exceptional client experience through timely and professional service. Accurately prepare, transcribe, and update documents, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative records. Assist with account administration and ensure information is maintained efficiently and accurately. Act as a liaison between customers, adjusters, colleagues, and external professionals, providing prompt and professional support. Coordinate and support daily office administration activities to ensure smooth branch operations. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and data maintenance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2 years experience in an insurance or office environment Knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an asset Proven organizational skills Professional telephone manners Good communication skills and correct use of terminology Excellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpm Advanced computer skills including Office 365 and Windows 10 applications Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service #LI-JD2
