SUMMARY: Under managerial direction, perform Client Set-Up activities in support of clients including Collecting Client Master Data, providing set-up requirements to Field Operations and Sales teams, and resolving placement challenges related to Client requirements. This can include clients utilizing VMS, online systems, or direct contact with AP departments. To be a subject matter expert in Client requirements and expectations related to Contracts, Coordinate with Onboarding and Operations on Background and Drug Screenings and Billing and AR needs. This role will be a liaison between the Client, Field Sales, Field Services, and Operations providing operational direction, issue resolution, and escalation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review client contracts to ensure compliance and determine supplier obligations related to invoicing, discounts, rebates, background/drug and reporting requirements, as outlined in the contractual agreement Partner with Field Partners and Operations to identify Client Requirements not listed in a contract or when no contract is available and document Client Master Data Repository (CMDR) Partner with Client to obtain and validate requirements obtained via contract and other sources to ensure we are meeting client needs Conduct follow-up with client and/or field office to confirm customer satisfaction and all requirements were met on first invoice. Monitor all changes to customer and placement setup to make certain invoices continue to meet client specifications and resolve setup concerns that may arise. Resolve and/or escalate issues as appropriate. Assist with PO Administration/Tracking. Create and update Client SOPs per contractual agreements and placement setup. Create and/or update PS FS Client default and billing contacts for all Flex/Perm clients covering all lines of business, per contractual agreements and placement setup. Develop and maintain documentation on the end-to-end processing which supports the client experience. Educate and train Time Entry and Billing teams on the client invoicing and/or reporting requirements as well as assist with the processing of invoices, collections efforts, billable and non-billable expense processing, and any other areas, as needed. Partner with Field Office and Field Operations on current Clients with new requirements and/or challenges with existing business, as well as, Client Work Week updates, COI guidance, Vendor Forms, and Vax Tracking Update/Create Calc id's/Defaults for new or existing clients to ensure discounts/rebates are deducted appropriately and invoices/placements are set up correctly. Strengthen and grow the client relationship with Kforce through issue resolution, process overviews, and participation in client strategy planning SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and 2 years of related working experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree preferred.
