Company: ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group Administration Supervisor - New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Compensation range: $52,200.00 - $72,500.00 annually International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent Third-Party claims Administrator which provides claims services for Lloyd’s of London syndicates, self-insured entities, or organizations with high deductibles or Self Insured Retention. Today IPG works with Canada’s largest network of independent adjusting firms across the country. Operating out of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, each office is staffed with specialized senior examiners and qualified desktop examiners. We have regional expertise and are licensed in all Canadian provinces. Working within a team environment, the Administrative Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate account management relating to assigned key Insurer clients. We have an existing opportunity to add a full-time Administration Supervisor to our team! This position is Hybrid and may require attendance to the office for training, client meetings, or team meetings with ample notification. Account Management Set up, recommend and administer design and on boarding of new client accounts so that data receives proper linkage to bordereaux trust and MI reports Create administration guidelines to ensure appropriate details of file setup as requested by clients Administer and maintain client guidelines creating financial links and MI lines as required Prepare templates and data for Financial Analysis and Profitability of client accounts Assist in the design of workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and specific client initiatives Communication with external (client) and internal (Sales and Operations) stakeholders Prepare operational data and measure against client (contractual) expectations and provide detailed performance reports to clients Integration of Third Party Vendor and Client claims management systems Oversee internal file protocol reviews in conjunction with IPG Continuously work to enhance relationships with Insurer clients Communicates with client re: trust account balances and sufficiencies Works with Finance to ensure smooth cheque issuance workflow Works with Examiners to facilitate payment cash calls and scheme advances Facilitate data for production of MI reports Reconcile our Database to Third-party systems Bordereaux to Trust account reconciliations Employee Development Supervise other admin staff with respect to project mgmt., including MI reports and complex bordereaux production Provide assistance and direction to Finance and IPG Examiners Qualifications & Experience 3 - 5 years’ experience with IPG or equivalent experience with other TPA Previous Supervisory experience Knowledge and experience of Insurer and Lloyd’s practices Proficient in Excel Knowledge of third party vendor systems used by Insurers Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates either verbally or in writing. Teamwork – must genuinely intend to work cooperatively with others Initiative – being proactive in suggesting solutions to internal or external associates to improve process.
