Purpose & Vision To provide high-level administrative support for Executive Leadership to ensure efficiency, organization, and alignment with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities Task Management (33%) Consult with leadership weekly to assess, prioritize, and manage the active task list. Monitor and track project management timelines as needed. Calendar & Schedule Management (33%) Review calendars weekly and provide proactive reminders regarding upcoming commitments. Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for conferences, missions, and off-site events. Email & Communication Support (33%) Preview incoming correspondence, streamline inbox flow, and assess necessary action steps. Flag urgent emails and communications requiring immediate leadership attention. Other duties as assigned. Attend scheduled staff and campus meetings. Exemplify excellent personal and professional integrity, discretion, and character. Work Environment This role operates within a professional office environment, requiring the regular use of standard office equipment. The position may involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Employees are responsible for their own reliable transportation between campuses when necessary. Accountability This role reports directly to Executive Leadership . An annual evaluation will take place based on this Position Description, as well as mutually agreed-upon goals and wins.
