Administrative Assistant About True Legacy Homes True Legacy Homes is seeking a remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help keep teams organized, responsive, and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a remote work environment. Position Summary As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support across scheduling, communication, document management, and general administrative coordination. You will play an important role in helping internal processes run smoothly and ensuring team members have the information and support they need to do their best work. What You’ll Do Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Monitor emails and respond to routine communications in a timely and professional manner Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files, records, and documents Assist with data entry, reporting, and updating internal systems Coordinate virtual meetings and distribute agendas, notes, and follow-up items Support document creation, formatting, and proofreading Help track deadlines, priorities, and administrative requests across teams Order, organize, or coordinate business-related supplies and vendor communications as needed Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members What Success Looks Like Team schedules and priorities are well organized and consistently maintained Communication is handled promptly and professionally Documents and records are accurate, accessible, and up to date Administrative workflows are efficient and dependable Internal stakeholders feel supported and informed Required Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar support role Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Comfort working in a remote environment with minimal supervision Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and virtual meeting platforms Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Work Environment Fully remote position Regular use of digital communication and collaboration tools May require occasional flexibility in schedule to support team needs Growth Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to build broad operational knowledge, strengthen cross-functional coordination skills, and grow within a team that values reliability, organization, and proactive support.
