Support & Coverage

  • Provide coverage for the Executive Assistant during out-of-office periods, ensuring continuity of support.
  • Collaborate effectively with a wide range of levels, personalities, perspectives, and communication styles.
  • Assist the People Operations team with various administrative projects as they arise.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion at all times.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role.
  • Prior experience at a startup or small tech company
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting onsite events, meeting logistics, and venue research.

Qualifications:

  • Effective prioritization skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable, able to adjust quickly as business needs change.
  • Strong follow-through across multiple concurrent priorities.

Compensation:

The base hourly range for this role is $25-$35. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
