About the Role: You will be the first point of contact for prospective students looking to study with Arden on the Arden website. You will also act as a support with general queries and perform administrative duties relating to the ‘refer a friend’ application process and student recruitment function. About You: You will be responsible for handling incoming calls to the Recruitment Team and providing a professional, responsive and supportive service to prospective and current students. You will be expected to manage enquiries confidently, make informed decisions, and ensure a positive application experience for students from a diverse range of backgrounds. The successful candidate will meet the following essential requirements: Essential requirements : High School education completed or a recognised equivalent qualification. Ability to make confident, autonomous decisions that support students and enhance their application experience. Experience of working with students, clients or customers from a diverse range of backgrounds. Experience of planning, prioritising and managing multiple complex operational activities and deadlines within a changing environment and while working under pressure. Desirable requirements : Degree educated. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service role.
