About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily CRM, spreadsheet, and data-entry tasks.

This is a full-time role that is best suited for someone who enjoys organization, structured processes, and repetitive administrative work.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Main Responsibilities

• Work daily inside Close CRM
• Update and organize lead and customer information
• Perform data entry and recurring administrative tasks
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal trackers
• Review information for accuracy and completeness
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date
• Follow SOPs and step-by-step processes
• Flag missing information or inconsistencies
• Support the team with other basic administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience with Close CRM
• Very detail-oriented and organized
• Enjoys working with spreadsheets and data
• Basic to intermediate Google Sheets/Excel skills
• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable working independently
• Excellent English
• Available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
