#LI-JS1 #LI-Hybrid Essential Functions and Primary Duties Perform essential tasks necessary to support internal team members in the quest of providing comprehensive retirement consulting, administration and/or actuarial services May assist in preparation and production of professional materials in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Provide administrative support such as scanning, copying, report binding, deliveries, mailings, etc. Manage incoming correspondence, including processing, logging, filing, and scanning Maintain office supplies, including purchasing and inventory May provide overall general office support related to operations, cleaning, and organizing May assist with account receivables May prepare and assemble mailings, including email blasts Additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Zero to Two year of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry Proficient use of applicable technology Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with digital data management/filing system is an asset Ability to manage multiple project and deliverable simultaneously Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to follow standard procedures Ability to work cooperatively with others Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
