ENTERPRISE APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR - REMOTE
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead, the Application Administrator is accountable for the day-to-day administration, operational health, security access, configuration, change support, documentation, and continuous improvement of assigned applications. This role partners with Technology Services, business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to keep applications reliable, secure, supportable, and aligned to approved governance and operational standards.
Accountabilities
- Administer assigned enterprise applications across production and non-production environments, including configuration, user access, integrations, scheduled processes, and operational support.
- Maintain application availability and supportability through monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, change execution, release support, and vendor coordination.
- Improve application support processes through documentation, automation, knowledge transfer, governance alignment, and shift-left enablement for repeatable support activities
The value you bring
- Computer Science degree or diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience within a similar application management role
- Strong experience with enterprise application administration across systems such as Power BI, DataBricks, Snowflake, Smartsheet, FreshService Business Central / Dynamics 365 and their related integrations
- Practical experience administering enterprise applications, supporting production systems, managing access, coordinating changes, resolving incidents, and working with vendors and business stakeholders
- Prior experience in Change Management or Release Management is required
- Strong experience in a service-oriented, detail-focused, and security conscious environment
