What We're Looking For • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through • Comfort speaking with individuals and families during stressful situations • Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and take ownership of responsibilities • High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, admissions, intake, healthcare, outreach, business development, customer service, or relationship-based sales preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities based on overall job performance and established departmental and organizational performance measures, structured in accordance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Schedule & Work Environment This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule based on admissions needs and prospective client activity. Hours may include daytime, evening, and weekend availability — this is not a traditional Monday–Friday, 9–5 role. Individuals and families seeking treatment often reach out outside standard business hours, so responsiveness and flexibility are important parts of the job. This position is based in Asheville, NC, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The exact balance depends on training stage, performance, and departmental needs. If you're someone who connects easily with people, takes initiative, follows through, and wants to play a direct role in helping individuals access treatment, we'd like to hear from you.
