Position Summary: It is the purpose of an Admissions Lead to provide oversight and direction to Admissions Department staff and to interact with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure that they have an exceptional experience. In addition, an Admissions Lead is responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the Admissions Department. An Admissions Lead acts as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training Admissions Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators properly, monitoring calls, providing direct and timely feedback, and adhering to company policies. Essential Job Functions: Assisting Director(s) with scheduling and staffing needs Provide oversight and direction to Admissions Liaisons and Coordinators in accordance with the department’s and organization’s policies and procedures Call monitoring and feedback Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesion Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization Maintain transparent communication.
