Admissions & Student Visa Executive (Europe) – Remote (Work From Home)

About the Role:

We are looking for an Admissions & Student Visa Executive who already has experience in international student admissions and visa processing, preferably for European countries (Latvia, Italy, Finland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Germany, Slovenia, France, and other EU destinations.)

Your role will be to guide students throughout their study abroad journey—from selecting the right university to submitting admission and visa applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand each student's academic, financial, and career profile.
• Research suitable universities and programs across Europe (Public Universities)
• Prepare and review documents such as:
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Resume/CV
• Cover Letter
• Motivation Letter
• Other admission documents as required
• Submit university applications accurately and within deadlines.
• Guide students through the complete student visa process.
• Assist with dependent/spouse visa applications whenever required.
• Communicate with students through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp regarding application progress and next steps.
• Stay updated with admission requirements, visa regulations, and country-specific processes.
• Conduct your own research and continuously learn about new universities, programs, and immigration updates.

Requirements:

• Experience in international student admissions and visa processing for EU/Schengen Countries
• Knowledge of admissions and Visa for European countries such as Latvia, Italy, Finland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, and other EU destinations.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong research and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple student applications.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve writing, research, and productivity (not for blind copy-paste).
