Perform peer reviews of technical designs, implementation plans, configuration settings, code, and deployment artifacts to ensure accuracy, completeness, cybersecurity compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Troubleshoot escalated support issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend both short-term workarounds and long-term corrective actions. Monitor system performance, review operational reports, and ensure ADMS functionality meets defined service levels, reliability expectations, and regulatory or operational standards. Support deployment activities for new features, subsystems, modules, upgrades, patches, and defect resolutions across development, test, and production environments. Conduct general system troubleshooting, including log analysis, configuration validation, trace review, and verification of recent changes to isolate and resolve issues. Document procedures, system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational practices to support knowledge transfer and repeatability. Perform workstation and server patching (Windows and Linux) and maintain environment readiness for project teams, including command line configuration when required. Interpret and work with technical diagrams and documentation such as network topology diagrams, IP/LAN schemas, firewall configuration sheets, server architecture diagrams, and interface definitions. Configure workstations, applications, and system components to meet project and operational requirements. Understanding of networking concepts including IP/LAN configurations, firewalls, and network topology diagrams. Experience with log analysis, system monitoring, and root cause analysis. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and enterprise security standards. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Experience developing operational or analytical reports using tools such as Power BI. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across technical and operational teams. Ability to support end users with system access, configuration, and functional support requests. Experience working in fast-paced operational or utility environments preferred.
