About the Role:

For our client, a global Pharmaceutical industry company, we are currently looking for a Adobe Administrator. We are seeking a skilled Adobe Administrator to manage and support key Adobe platforms, including Adobe Express (AEx), Workfront (WF), and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The role will ensure smooth platform operations, provide proactive end-user support, and optimize system performance to meet business needs. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, user engagement, and process orientation to maximize the value of Adobe tools across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize Adobe Express, Workfront, and DAM, including permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• User Management: Oversee user onboarding, role updates, and deactivations in alignment with security and compliance standards.
• License Management: Track license allocation and utilization; prepare usage reports for leadership and recommend adjustments as needed.
• End-User Support: Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing training/documentation to ensure effective adoption.
• System Maintenance: Perform recurring administrative tasks, monitor system health, and coordinate upgrades or patches.
• Release & Feature Tracking: Stay current with Adobe updates; communicate relevant enhancements, features, and potential risks/deprecations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner with business users, technical teams, and Adobe support to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and improve platform usage.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience administering Adobe platforms (Workfront, Adobe Express, DAM strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of user access, role management, and license governance. Hands-on experience resolving technical and user-related system issues.
• Ability to develop training materials, FAQs, and system documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with workflow automation, APIs, and integrations across Adobe and third-party applications.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, pharma, or technology).
• Knowledge of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
