The role Were looking for a hands-on digital analytics engineer to help design, implement, and optimize data collection, analytics, and personalization solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud. What you'll do Implement and maintain Adobe Launch (rules, data elements, extensions) Deploy tracking using Adobe Web SDK and ensure data quality Design and work with data layers across web properties Build and debug JavaScript-based tracking and personalization solutions Implement and support Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Configure CJA data connections, dimensions, metrics, and data views Implement Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams What we're looking for Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch , Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience with Adobe Experience Platform , Web SDK , XDM schema and Datastreams Experience with Adobe Target (testing & personalization) Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills Experience with data layers (JSON, event-driven models) Familiarity with server-side or edge-based tagging is a plus Understanding of digital marketing & analytics concepts Comfortable working in agile teams Nice to have Exposure to CDP or identity resolution Basic API knowledge Experience with performance and browser debugging tools At Cognizant Netcentric you can get: Centrally located office in Timpuri Noi with great fitout and standing desks Remote/hybrid-friendly environment Flexible working hours Apple work equipment (WFH equipment and Welcome package) International and dynamic team Private medical subscription Sponsored Gym Membership (WorldClass/7Card) Employee Assistance Program Meal vouchers Peer recognition bonus system (Bonus.ly) - makes it easy and fun to get and give recognition to colleagues for their work and accomplishments Referral bonus Vacation: 22 days + 1 additional day per calendar year in the company (maximum 30 days/year) Extended winter holidays: days off on December 24th and 31st Paid sick days: 3 per year Training, certification and conference attendance based on personal development goals Company events: summer and Christmas parties Everyone has a voice, we are a Holacracy organization
