📍 Position Details

Position: Ads Manager

Location: 100% Remote (Applicants must be currently based in Nepal)

Employment Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered initially based on workload)

Compensation: Negotiable

🎯 What You'll Do

✅ Build and manage Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads accounts from scratch.

✅ Design scalable campaign structures and advertising frameworks across multiple platforms.

✅ Conduct keyword research and audience targeting using Google Keyword Planner.

✅ Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience refinement, and creative optimization.

✅ Implement accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics.

✅ Improve ROI by making data-driven optimization decisions and reducing acquisition costs.

👤 We're Looking For Someone Who

✔ Has hands-on experience creating and managing paid media campaigns from the ground up.

✔ Understands campaign structure, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.

✔ Can confidently analyze campaign data and translate insights into measurable results.

✔ Has successfully managed advertising budgets and improved campaign performance over time.

🎓 A degree in Marketing is preferred, but proven practical experience and results matter even more.
