About the Role We're looking for an Advanced Analyst to serve as a senior analytics partner for a fast-moving, host-facing product organization. In this role, you'll drive high-impact analysis, experimentation, and reporting that directly shapes product strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused engagement for someone who thrives operating independently and delivering polished, high-quality work on tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver advanced analytics across defined product and business domains Work with large, complex datasets to answer high-priority business and product questions using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniques Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact and inform product iteration Develop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance and business outcomes Build and maintain analytical artifacts - queries, dashboards, and readouts - that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations through written and verbal communication, including leadership-ready readouts Leverage AI-assisted tools to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks where appropriate Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis (industry experience required) Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and applying statistical methods to real-world product problems Experience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and implementation in data pipelines Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to balance rigor with speed and clearly communicate tradeoffs Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelines Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights Preferred Experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy contexts Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows Key Details Start Date: 09/29/2026 Duration: Approximately 3 months (through December, 2026) Location: Remote (within the U.S.) Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $110 - $128/hour Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
