SPECIALIST CALITATE / ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNER

For our location in Ghimbav we are currently looking for a

ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNER

Your Responsibilities

Acting as main quality contact for projects and customers;
Coordinating quality planning activities and achievement of project milestones;
Participating in Quality Gates, IPS, TA and project review meetings;
Identifying, evaluating and implementing customer-specific requirements impacting manufacturing and serial production;
Coordinating implementation with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering and Production teams;
Leading 8D problem solving activities and customer complaint management;
Driving root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions;
Capturing and deploying lessons learned;
Planning and monitoring design, product and process validations;
Supporting line approvals, MSA, capability studies, EOLT reviews and process deviations;
Coordinating APQP deliverables and PPAP/PPF submissions;
Maintaining Control Plans, Part History, validation documentation and PFMEA inputs;
Acting as primary quality contact during customer visits and audits;
Coordinating audit findings and timely closure of actions;
Supporting ECR, ECN and PCN implementation and assess quality risks;
Coordinating Safe Launch, GP12, Quality Wall, challenge parts, golden samples and boundary samples;
Ensuring structured handover of open quality topics, documentation and customer requirements to serial quality functions;
Supporting audits, FMEA reviews, lessons learned and improvement initiatives;
Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
1-3 years of experience in quality, testing, validation, industrialization, manufacturing engineering, project management, or related functions;
Advanced English language skills; German language knowledge is considered an advantage;
Understanding of automotive product development processes and project milestones;
SAP knowledge is considered an advantage;
Experience with quality tools and methodologies: 8D Report, APQP, MSA, SPC, Ishikawa Diagram, 6M, and 5 Why Analysis;
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP/PPF, AIAG Core Tools, VDA methodologies, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR);
Understanding of validation activities, change management and defect management processes;
Primarily onsite role with strong collaboration with plant operations and manufacturing teams.
Flexible working hours based on project, customer and production needs.
Hybrid working model with limited home-office flexibility.
Occasional travel may be required.
