As an Advanced Systems Engineer within the Honeywell Next-Gen Avionics (NGA) group, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and cutting-edge avionics solutions on the Anthem Next Generation Avionics Platform . In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of engineers, developers and designers to create and implement forward-thinking Avionics solutions. As a flagship product, the Honeywell Anthem Flight Deck System is not just another avionics product; it is a visionary endeavor that employs cutting-edge technologies to redefine how pilots interact with flight information and aircraft systems. Support the design, development, systems integration and verification of advanced avionics systems, including hardware, software, and network components Development, systems integration and verification of core Aircraft State and/or Aircraft Systems monitoring and synoptics application to be hosted on the Next Generation Avionics Platform. Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data. YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership, including system design, architecture, integration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience using engineering tools and technologies relevant to systems development. WE VALUE: Experience in complex system integration projects Experience with model-based system design Experience with Simulink is of value Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies with proven ability to ensure compliance with industry standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
