Advisor, Capital Markets

The Capital Markets Applications & CRM Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of Capital Markets business applications, including BlueMatrix, Salesforce, and related research distribution platforms. The role manages user access, client and contact data, research portal administration, vendor coordination, and business support initiatives across Capital Markets. More specifically, you will be required to: Administer BlueMatrix and research publishing platforms Manage platform configuration, publishing workflows, and analyst onboarding/offboarding Coordinate vendor support and issue resolution Create and maintain Accounts, Contacts, and client records Manage user access, permissions, data quality, and reporting Support CRM enhancements, testing, and business users Provision users and manage research portal access Administer client entitlements and access governance processes.
