As an Advisory Manager within BPM's Forensics & Restructuring practice , you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex financial challenges, disputes, investigations, and business transitions. In this role, you will lead client engagements involving forensic accounting, financial investigations, litigation support, business disputes, restructuring initiatives, and other complex advisory matters. You'll work directly with attorneys, business owners, executives, and stakeholders to analyze financial information, uncover key facts, quantify economic impacts, and develop actionable recommendations. Professional development opportunities: A learning culture with CPA exam resources and bonuses, a coach program, and live classes, workshops, and seminars through BPM University Responsibilities: Lead forensic accounting investigations, fraud risk assessments, and litigation support engagements. Manage restructuring assignments including insolvency analysis, turnaround strategies, and creditor negotiations. Supervise and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; provide performance feedback and career development guidance. Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Prepare and review detailed reports, presentations, and expert witness documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BPM to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required; pursuit of CFE recommended. 5–8 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, restructuring, or advisory services. Prior experience managing direct reports and leading client engagements. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling. Wondering if you should apply?
