Job Description: The AEM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). This role partners with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital experiences, contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and client needs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning new technologies while working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Designs and implements Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM 6.5, AEMaaCS, and Edge Delivery Services (EDS) platforms Develop, test, debug, and deploy Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations. Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while following established development standards and best practices. Collaborate with Architects, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams to implement approved technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve technical skills and code quality. Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution efforts. Identify technical risks, defects, and optimization opportunities and communicate them to technical leads. Contribute effort estimates for assigned development tasks and support project delivery timelines. Stay current with AEM development practices, Adobe platform capabilities, and emerging technologies. Support the implementation of enterprise-scale AEM projects while working within established architectural and implementation guidelines. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications: 2-4 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience. Strong Java development skills and experience with Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and related AEM frameworks. Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Experience working within cross-functional development teams delivering enterprise digital experiences. Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn from technical leaders and peers. Certification: Adobe AEM certifications beneficial but not required The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $95,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
