Affiliate Manager | Myanmar Market | iGaming

We're growing our Affiliate team and looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop and scale the Myanmar market.

If you know the local affiliate landscape, enjoy building partnerships, and want to work with a fast-growing international iGaming product, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow the affiliate network in Myanmar.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Build long-term relationships with media buyers, webmasters, influencers, and affiliate teams.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Analyze traffic quality, KPIs, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams.
• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Affiliate Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management.
• Understanding of the Myanmar affiliate ecosystem.
• Existing network of affiliates, media buyers, or publishers is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• English proficiency (B2+).
• Burmese (Myanmar) language is a strong advantage.
• Experience in iGaming is a must
