Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing Smart Social’s affiliate partnerships across multiple markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and long-term value. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to maximize ROI. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate closely with account management, sales, and online marketing teams to ensure alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements in each region. This position also supports contract negotiations, ensures timely payments, and helps refine affiliate strategies for gaming, iGaming, and broader entertainment and lifestyle verticals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Affiliate Management, including recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partners and influencers.
• Strong Account Management skills with the ability to build, sustain, and grow long-term partner relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident stakeholder management.
• Proven Sales and negotiation capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Solid understanding of Online Marketing, performance marketing, and key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, conversion rates).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using dashboards, tracking tools, and spreadsheets to evaluate campaign performance.
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or sports industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages and international market experience are a plus.
