🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and scale the organization's affiliate marketing program. The successful candidate will recruit and manage affiliate partners, develop commercial incentive structures, optimize channel performance, monitor compliance, and drive profitable customer acquisition.
This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in affiliate marketing, partnership management, performance marketing, digital acquisition, publisher development, and commercial analytics.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with revenue and customer acquisition objectives
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing network of affiliates, publishers, creators, influencers, and strategic partners
- Recruit, onboard, activate, and develop new affiliate partners across relevant markets and channels
- Establish commission structures, incentives, promotional offers, and performance-based commercial models
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commission rates, placement opportunities, and commercial terms
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, conversions, revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Identify high-performing partners and develop strategies to increase their contribution and revenue
- Manage affiliate campaigns, promotions, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and exclusive partner offers
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, CRM, sales, product, finance, legal, and analytics teams
- Monitor affiliate traffic and transactions for fraud, policy violations, duplicate activity, and other compliance risks
- Develop affiliate reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and executive performance reviews
- Analyze partner, channel, customer, and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate new affiliate networks, technologies, tracking solutions, and partnership models
- Drive continuous improvement in affiliate attribution, tracking, partner engagement, and channel profitability
✅ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, partnerships, or growth marketing
- Proven experience building and scaling affiliate programs and partner networks
- Strong understanding of affiliate economics, commission structures, attribution, conversion optimization, and performance measurement
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate channel profitability and partner performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, retail, travel, hospitality, telecommunications, marketplaces, media, or consumer technology
- Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, attribution, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and partner ecosystems
- Experience using platforms such as impact.com, CJ, Awin, Partnerize, or similar technologies
- Experience with affiliate fraud detection, tracking technologies, deep linking, API integrations, and performance analytics
- Experience managing regional or global affiliate programs
- Experience working with influencers, content publishers, comparison sites, loyalty platforms, and strategic digital partners
- Fluency in English is required
