We are currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Head of Affiliate Marketing, your focus will be on leading our global affiliate programme while driving the continued growth of marketplaces, with a particular focus on Amazon across key international markets. Working across Lovehoney, Womanizer and We-Vibe, you will identify new partners, optimise existing relationships and develop innovative programmes that expand our reach, drive incremental revenue and strengthen our market position. Combining strong commercial judgement with analytical thinking and genuine curiosity, you will continuously seek new partnership opportunities that deliver measurable business impact. What you will do Own the development and delivery of the global affiliate strategy for marketplaces across key international markets, driving profitable customer acquisition and long-term commercial growth. Build, manage and grow relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, content partners and strategic affiliates. Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that expand our reach, diversify acquisition channels and generate incremental revenue. Work closely with Marketplace and Ecommerce teams to maximise visibility, traffic and commercial performance across Amazon and other strategic marketplaces. Identify opportunities to leverage marketplace marketing tools, promotional activity and commercial partnerships to increase demand and revenue. Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, recommending new initiatives that strengthen commercial performance. Produce clear reporting and performance analysis that translates data into actionable commercial recommendations. Continuously test, optimise and refine partnership activity to improve efficiency, profitability and long-term growth. Monitor and evaluate affiliate and marketplace performance, ensuring investment is focused on the highest-performing partners and opportunities. Build strong working relationships across Brand, Ecommerce, PR, SEO, Paid Media, Paid Content and Commercial teams to maximise cross-channel opportunities. Share knowledge and best practice across the wider marketing team, helping to raise standards in affiliate and marketplace marketing. Use AI, GPTs and automation to improve partner research, reporting, forecasting and operational efficiency. What you should bring Strong experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, marketplace marketing or digital performance marketing within a fast-moving ecommerce or consumer business. Proven end-to-end delivery of major integrated campaigns across multiple channels (social, paid, offline, OOH, PR, web, product, packaging). Strong understanding of affiliate networks, publisher ecosystems and performance-based marketing models. Excellent stakeholder management; able to lead and influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
