Affiliate Program Coordinator

Blackout Coffee is a growing American coffee brand (Inc. 5000). We have 40+ active affiliates and 2,000+ signed up who have been on their own. We need one person who owns find-and-reach: find the next partners, write them, get them selling.

This is a performance seat. We do not pay retainers or per-post rates. Partners earn commission on sales. You earn a base plus a share of the affiliate revenue you build.

You work solely for Blackout. Remote. You are on Slack with the U.S. East afternoon.

What you do

- Prospect and reach 15-20 qualified partners a day (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, forums, newsletters, blogs)

- Approve, onboard, and keep partners selling

- Keep tracking clean and kill coupon leaks

- Report weekly: new outreach, actives, revenue

You are a fit if

- You have actually recruited affiliates or creators, not only managed a list you inherited

- You have used Refersion, UpPromote, Impact, ShareASale, or similar

- You can write in clear English to U.S. partners

- You will take base plus commission

Not a fit

- Agency, fractional, or multi-brand

- Influencer gifting with no sales

- Anyone who wants to rebuild ads or be CMO
